Sirect Semiconductor is located in the R&D center of 107 Zhigu, Humen, Dongguan. Since 2016, Sirect Semiconductor China R&D Center has completed 15 patent applications one after another. In the future, based on the R&D center, it will comprehensively carry out R&D, patent application and mass production of high power, high power density and high reliability power semiconductor products and applications.
